We reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete accounts found to be fake, fraudulent, or in violation of our policies, without prior notice.

User Conduct

• Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm other members in any way.
• Solicit money or financial assistance from other members.
• Share obscene, abusive, offensive, or explicit content, images, or messages.
• Use the platform for commercial advertising, promotions, or unsolicited spam.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, or other user accounts.

Paid Services & Subscriptions

MatrimonyConnect offers both free and premium paid membership plans. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees at the time of checkout. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice to members.

Profile & Content

You retain ownership of all content (photos, text, information) you upload to our platform. By uploading, you grant MatrimonyConnect a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your profile to other registered members for matchmaking purposes only.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our community standards or these Terms, without prior notice.

Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully to understand our data practices.

Disclaimer of Warranties

MatrimonyConnect provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that you will find a match. We are not responsible for the conduct, representations, or actions of any member. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of profiles listed on our platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MatrimonyConnect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services, including any loss of data, relationships, or opportunities.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms, without prior notice. You may also deactivate your own account at any time from your account settings page.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
