Important Notice: All subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the service has been activated and profile matches have been delivered. Please read the exceptions below carefully before making a purchase.
All payments made for premium membership plans on MatrimonyConnect are non-refundable under normal circumstances. Once a subscription is activated, the service is considered rendered and no refund will be provided.
We will process a full refund in the following exceptional circumstances. Requests must be raised within 7 days of the transaction date.
If you believe you qualify for a refund, please follow these steps carefully:
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops all future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. Your account will remain active with full access until the end of the paid subscription period.
Auto-Renewal Alert: Certain plans include automatic renewal. You will receive an email notification before any automatic renewal. Please cancel at least 48 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
Auto-renewal charges are non-refundable once the payment has been processed and the subscription has been renewed.
All payments are securely processed through Razorpay and Cashfree. Any approved refund will be returned via the same payment gateway that was used for the original transaction. MatrimonyConnect is not responsible for any delays caused by your bank or card issuer in reflecting the refunded amount on your statement.
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. If you raise a chargeback with your bank without first reaching out to us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending an investigation. We strongly urge you to contact our support team first — most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably.
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this page before making any purchase.
